Add each article to My Storage, your account with us, and print the labels. One per article, top right on its longest side.

Send it
Any carrier: DHL, Chronopost, La Poste, your own courier. Use the delivery address shown in My Storage.

We check it in
Each article is photographed against your list and shelved. You see it in your inventory the day it lands.
Shipping is priced by your carrier, not by us, so you keep the choice and the receipt. We do not add a handling charge on arrival.

This is the route that works in a region we have not opened yet. Collect and Return need a facility nearby; posting does not.

€5per article, per month, incl. VAT. Larger articles cost more.
Storage costs the same whichever way an article arrives. Four suitcases are €20 a month whether you post them from another city or carry them in. What you add is the postage, at whatever your carrier charges.

We charge nothing for receiving a shipment. Storage is per article, per month, VAT included. Anything marked one-off is charged once, not monthly.

Referral programme
15% off your monthly storage, for the life of the order.
Every StoragePal customer has a referral code. Book on one and your monthly storage is 15% lower for as long as the order runs, and whoever referred you earns storage credit.
New customers only, one discount code per order, and a referral code works once, on a first order. Referrers may use a discount code and their credits together. Discounts apply to monthly storage fees; transport, Guaranty and administrative fees are charged in full.
Partner code
Your university, residence or employer may already have one.
A partner code is typically 15% off monthly storage for everyone they house or employ. Ask your housing office, residence manager or HR team. If they don’t have one yet, send us their name and we’ll approach them.
