Archives you have to keep, out of the office you pay for.
Retention rules make you keep boxes for years. Nothing makes you keep them in Paris office space. Store them by the box, retrieve one when an auditor asks, dispose of them when their time is up.

For your team
One account, one invoice, one inventory.
One account, shared
My Storage, your account with us, holds the inventory, the photographs and every order. Name the colleagues who need it and they see the same thing you do.
One invoice a month
Every article on one line-itemised invoice, VAT included, whatever it is and wherever it came from.
No lease to sign
One month minimum, then month by month. Store less next month and the bill follows, with nothing to renegotiate.
No platform fee, no commission
You pay for the articles you store and the transport you choose. No set-up fee, no integration fee, no monthly software charge, and no commission on what you sell.
What we store here
Boxes, files and everything a retention policy names.
- Client files

Odd sizes, fragile pieces and awkward shapes are priced individually. Tell us what it is and we’ll quote it before you commit.
How it works
Three steps. No site visit, no tape measure.
A (Free) Collect applies from 6 articles with a 3-month minimum. Below that, a Collect is quoted before you book. Drop-off and pick-up are always free.
Box and reference it
One box, one article. Label them your way and we keep your reference alongside ours.
It reaches us
Your supplier ships straight to us, or you drop it off. Book a (Free) Collect if you’re in a served region.
Retrieve or destroy
Order one box back when it’s needed, or authorise disposal when its retention period ends.
