A (Free) Collect applies from 6 articles with a 3-month minimum. Below that, a Collect is quoted before you book. Drop-off and pick-up are always free. Worth knowing: order the cases a few days before you travel rather than the night before. The bags that arrive late are always the ones ordered late.

Send it or drop it

Ship with any carrier from anywhere, or drop it off. Book a (Free) Collect if you’re in a served region.

Order back the ones you need

Take the two cases for this trip and leave the rest with us. Billing follows what is still stored.

€5per article, per month, incl. VAT. Larger articles cost more.

A suitcase is one article, from €5 a month, so six of them is €30. Ski bags aren’t in the catalogue yet: they are quoted as a custom article at €14.50 a month. Two of them and the six cases come to €59, and the cupboard they were living in goes back to being a cupboard.

Per article, per month, VAT included. Size bands follow the article’s dimensions. Fitness machines are the one exception: they are banded by weight. Bulky or awkward pieces are quoted individually before you commit.

The things people ask before they book.

That is the usual pattern here. Order the cases you need a few days before you fly and send them back afterwards. Billing follows what is actually stored, so nothing is wasted on the months you are not travelling.

If you have a dry cellar, use it. Most Parisian ones are not, and a case that spends a winter in a damp one comes back smelling of it. Ours is dry, monitored and inventoried.

Yes, and it’s common. Ship them to us with any carrier, or drop them off before you fly. Nothing needs you to be here while they’re stored.

Yes, if you tell us who in advance from My Storage, your account with us. They’ll need to identify themselves at the storage facility.

Anything perishable, flammable, alive, or worth more than the Guaranty. Clothes and documents are fine. Cash and jewellery should not be in there.

Referral programme

Partner code

Your university, residence or employer may already have one.

A partner code is typically 15% off monthly storage for everyone they house or employ. Ask your housing office, residence manager or HR team. If they don’t have one yet, send us their name and we’ll approach them.
