A (Free) Collect applies from 6 articles with a 3-month minimum. Below that, a Collect is quoted before you book. Drop-off and pick-up are always free.

It reaches us
Your supplier ships straight to us, or you drop it off. Book a (Free) Collect if you’re in a served region.
The family decides in its own time
They order an article to a relative’s address, leave it stored, or authorise disposal in writing.

Whose name the account is in matters here. A resident, a family member or your organisation can hold it, but only the account holder can order returns. Agree it before the first Collect.

€5per article, per month, incl. VAT. Larger articles cost more.
Priced per article, month by month, with no lease. Nothing about the arrangement pushes a family to decide faster than they can.
