Storage while the work is done.

Builders need the room empty and you need the furniture undamaged. Store what’s in the way for as long as the job actually takes, not as long as it was supposed to take.

What we store here

Everything that shouldn’t be under dust sheets.

  • Rugs
  • Art
  • Lamps
  • Curtains
  • Light fittings
  • Appliances
  • Kitchen things
  • Wine
  • Tools
  • Instruments
  • Sofas
  • Boxes

Odd sizes, fragile pieces and awkward shapes are priced individually. Tell us what it is and we’ll quote it before you commit.

How it works

Three steps. No site visit, no tape measure.

A (Free) Collect applies from 6 articles with a 3-month minimum. Below that, a Collect is quoted before you book. Drop-off and pick-up are always free. Worth knowing: book the Return when the job is actually finished, not when it was meant to be. Storage is month by month, so an overrun costs a month rather than a renegotiation.

1

Clear the rooms being worked on

List what’s leaving. Anything staying under a sheet is a risk you don’t need.

2

Get it to us

Drop it off, ship it, or book a (Free) Collect and we’ll load it.

3

Bring it back when the walls are dry

Order a Return for the week the work finishes, room by room if the job is phased.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

No. Storage runs one month minimum, then month by month. If the job slips you pay another month at the same rate. Nothing needs renegotiating and there’s no notice period to serve.
Yes. Order a Return for the pieces that go in the finished rooms and leave the rest with us. Billing follows what’s actually still stored.
It isn’t in the building. Your articles are in a secure, monitored storage facility, referenced and photographed on arrival, and they come back in the condition they left.
Tools yes. Paint, solvents and anything flammable no: they’re prohibited and can’t be stored, by law as much as by policy.

Referral programme

15% off your monthly storage, for the life of the order.

Every StoragePal customer has a referral code. Book on one and your monthly storage is 15% lower for as long as the order runs, and whoever referred you earns storage credit.

New customers only, one discount code per order, and a referral code works once, on a first order. Referrers may use a discount code and their credits together. Discounts apply to monthly storage fees; transport, Guaranty and administrative fees are charged in full.

Partner code

Your university, residence or employer may already have one.

A partner code is typically 15% off monthly storage for everyone they house or employ. Ask your housing office, residence manager or HR team. If they don’t have one yet, send us their name and we’ll approach them.
