Finding an answer

Three places to look, in order.

We answer by email usually within a working day. The phone is answered during office hours, and an order reference makes any question faster to settle.

Your inventory, photographs, labels, orders and invoices all live in My Storage, your account with us, and most questions are answered by looking.

Pricing

€5per article, per month, incl. VAT. Larger articles cost more.

€5 is the base rate, for a box or a suitcase. Larger articles cost more on a fixed scale you see before you book. The full list is on the What we store page.

Questions

The most common ones.

€5 a month for a box or a suitcase, more for larger articles on a fixed scale. One month minimum, then month by month, VAT included, and nothing to renew.
Two. An article is anything you would carry as one thing, so a bed and a mattress are two, and a sealed box is one however full it is.
Every article needs one, top right on its longest side. We generate them when you book. No printer? Write your name and order number on each article, or we label them at €3 a label. A label that is missing or misplaced costs the same.
Order them from My Storage: one article or all of them. Pick them up free, book a Return, or have them shipped door to door.
Every article is photographed at reception, so its condition on arrival is on record. €500 of Guarantee is included on every order, up to €10,000 if you choose it, subject to our terms and conditions.
Order everything back and the billing stops with the month you are in. There is no notice period and no charge for leaving.
Paris is open today and eight metropolitan regions are opening. Everywhere else, ship your articles to us and store at the same price.
