How it works

Three steps. No site visit, no tape measure.

You do not have to guess exactly. We bill for what we actually receive and adjust for differences in size, so last-minute additions or subtractions are no problem, and you can change your order or reservation date in My Storage. Drop-off and pick-up are always free. A (Free) Collect applies from 6 articles with a 3-month minimum; below that it is quoted before you book. Shipping is at your carrier’s price.

The difference is not the shelf. It is that an article has a price, a photograph and a line in My Storage, so you can order one thing back without going anywhere.

Pricing

€5per article, per month, incl. VAT. Larger articles cost more.

€5 is the base rate, for a box or a suitcase. Larger articles cost more on a fixed scale you see before you book: a sofa is €20, a bike €11, a mattress from €13. Six boxes and a bike is €41 a month.

Per article, per month, VAT included. Size bands follow the article’s dimensions, except fitness machines, which are banded by weight. Anything unusual is quoted before you commit.

The things people ask before they book.

Anything you would carry as one thing. A box is one, a sofa is one, a bike is one. A bed and mattress are two, because they are two things to carry and to store.

It is not a problem. We bill for what we actually receive, and we adjust for differences in size when we check your articles in. Add or remove articles up to the last minute, and change your order or your reservation date in My Storage whenever you need to.

One month, then month by month. There is nothing to renew and no notice period beyond the month you are in.

Every article needs a label, top right on its longest side. We generate them when you book, and each one is photographed at reception into your inventory.

Yes, any time. An article added is billed from that day and an article returned stops being billed. The bill follows what is actually stored.

Ship it. Clients routinely ship to our Paris facility from all over the world, at the same price. Collect and Return wait until we open near you.

Referral programme

15% off your monthly storage, for the life of the order.

Every StoragePal customer has a referral code. Book on one and your monthly storage is 15% lower for as long as the order runs, and whoever referred you earns storage credit.

New customers only, one discount code per order, and a referral code works once, on a first order. Referrers may use a discount code and their credits together. Discounts apply to monthly storage fees; transport, Guaranty and administrative fees are charged in full.

Partner code

Your university, residence or employer may already have one.

A partner code is typically 15% off monthly storage for everyone they house or employ. Ask your housing office, residence manager or HR team. If they don’t have one yet, send us their name and we’ll approach them.
